About

Hong Kong Haemophilia Society (HKHS) is a self-help organization formed by a group of patients with haemophilia and their families, medical professionals and people concerning the disease. It aims to provide support and assistance to haemophiliacs and their families, educate them on selfcare skills and provide guidance to the caregivers on how to care for them.

The Society strives to fight for more comprehensive treatment for the patients, and to ensure each patient is well taken care of. Through various activities and educational programmes, the Society enhances the knowledge of its members and the public about haemophilia and its latest treatment, and equip them with selfcare skills to have healthy, independent and normal life.
